If we tell you that this fruit bread is without white sugar
and incredibly tasty, would you believe us? There are many recipes for fruit
bread, but we reveal this one whose ingredients are related to warmer season,
the season and your mood. If you want to incorporate healthy habits into your daily
routine and have a problem with desserts then be sure to read this recipe to
the very end.
Needed Ingredients:
65 grams of sour cherries or other forest fruits (you can
have more if you like)
5 tablespoons wholemeal flour (wheat, barley or other with
gluten)
5 teaspoons ground poppy
3 bananas
2 eggs
3 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method of preparation:
First turn the oven to 180 C degrees. While waiting to warm
up, take a bowl and mix the whites, then add the bananas you have previously
sliced into circles and continue to mix until you have foam. When it all comes
together, add the egg yolk and continue to mix with the mixer, slowly adding
oil. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, move the mixer aside, add all the
ingredients except the sour cherries and mix them slowly with a spoon so that
the mass does not lose its volume. Prepare a smaller pan with a bread mold and
coat it with paper (dimensions are about 25 × 10 cm).
First pour a layer on the bottom, then spread out some of
the sour cherries. Then another layer, then sour cherries again and so on until
you have spent the whole dough and sour cherries. Slowly place the pan in the
preheated oven and bake until cooked. A great tip is to check the bread with a
toothpick. Penetrate the dough when it is near the end of baking and if there
is no dough left on the toothpick, it means the bread is ready. Wait for the
bread to cool, then slice it. Decorate it with hot chocolate or powdered sugar.
