Simple recipe for potato pancakes


Try this delicious recipe with very little flour and no white sugar.


Needed Ingredients:


1 kg of potatoes

1 egg yolk

1 egg

little oil

little salt

flour if needed

Jam of your choice

Method of preparation:


Peel the potatoes, boil them and smash them. Add egg, yolk, oil, salt and a little flour to make the dough.

The dough should not be too soft. It takes about half an hour to mix the ingredients well. The longer you mix the dough it will be tastier and easier for further preparation.

Make the dough into bread form and divide it into 12 parts. Make a pancake shape from each part. Adjust their size to your pan.

Roast the pancakes on both sides on warm oil. You will need more oil and add it to each turnover. When they’re done add some jam of choice, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
