Autumn cake with plums

Ingredients needed:

For the dough:

 250 grams of flour
    1/2 pack pastry powder
    100 grams of sugar
    100 grams of butter
    1 egg
    1 small pack vanilla sugar

For the fill:

   1 packing pudding
    400 ml of milk
    4 tablespoons sugar
    200 grams of sour cream

Additional ingredients:

  400 grams of plums
    10 grams of sugar
    1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
    Powder sugar

Method of preparation:

Mix flour and baking powder. Make a hole in the middle of the pan with the flour and add the melted but chilled butter, sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and mix well. When the dough has formed, start mixing with your hands.
Separate a third of the dough, mold it into a ball, coat it with a transparent foil and refrigerate. Drain the rest of the dough on a baking tray where it has previously had little flour. Wash the plums, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds.

Mix the pudding in a little milk. Add sugar to the rest of the milk and start boiling it. When the milk has boiled, add the prepared pudding and mix well. Leave the pudding to boil and when you remove it from the pan, add the sour cream and mix again.
Spill the filling over the dough into the pan and place the plums on top. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over plums. Remove the rest of the dough from the fridge and grill it over the plums.

Bake the cake for about 45 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 C degrees. When ready, remove from oven, let it to cool, then sprinkle with sugar and serve.
